By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  1. Services Provided

OneHubPro provides:

• Property sales listings
• Property rental and short-let listings
• Property marketing services
• Buyer and seller matching services
• Diaspora property advisory support
• Mortgage facilitation (where applicable)

We act as a real estate marketing and facilitation platform. We do not guarantee property appreciation, rental income, or investment returns.

  1. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

  1. Property Listings

Property owners and agents are responsible for ensuring that:

• All listing information is accurate
• They have legal authority to list the property
• The property is not fraudulently represented

OneHubPro does not independently verify ownership documentation unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate our policies.

  1. Payments & Fees

Certain services may require payment, including:

• Listing fees
• Marketing packages
• Booking deposits
• Service charges

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

  1. Short-let Bookings

For short-let properties:

• Guests must comply with house rules
• Security deposits may apply
• Property damage caused by guests is the guest’s responsibility
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability and payment verification

Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy attached to each property listing.

  1. Diaspora Transactions

For clients residing outside Nigeria:

• Property inspections may be conducted virtually
• Legal documentation may be executed electronically where permitted
• Clients are advised to conduct independent legal due diligence

OneHubPro is not liable for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations or international transfer delays.

  1. Mortgage & Financing

Where mortgage advisory services are provided:

• Approval is subject to financial institution terms
• OneHubPro does not guarantee loan approval
• Interest rates and terms are determined by partner institutions

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneHubPro shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profit or investment
• Fraudulent acts by third parties
• Errors in property descriptions supplied by owners

All property transactions are undertaken at the user’s own risk.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

• Logos
• Designs
• Text
• Images
• Branding

are the intellectual property of OneHubPro and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Submit false property information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
• Use the platform for illegal activities

Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to users who violate these Terms without prior notice.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
